Welcome to GamutFlowX. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform and website, operated by Gamut Motion Picture Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
GamutFlowX provides customer communication management, WhatsApp Cloud API integration, message broadcasting, live chat hosting, and chatbot building services. We do not provide the underlying WhatsApp network connectivity, which is operated entirely by Meta Platforms Inc.
As a user of GamutFlowX, you represent and warrant that:
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly plans). Subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details, and authorize us to charge subscription fees through your chosen payment method.
Your use of WhatsApp features is dependent on your WhatsApp Business API credentials (WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and System Access Tokens) being kept in good standing with Meta. We are not responsible for any service suspensions, API changes, or credential revocations imposed by Meta Platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamut Motion Picture Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business revenues, or messaging template blocks arising out of or related to your use of our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, Meta Business policies, or engage in activity that degrades platform performance for other users.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
