Meta Developer & WhatsApp Business API Credentials: To enable communication features, we collect your Meta App ID, App Secret, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, Phone Number ID, and System User Access Tokens.
Message Log Data: We temporarily process and log message metadata (including sender, recipient, time, and status) and chat histories to display them in your live chat dashboard.
Technical and Usage Data: We collect details about your device, browser, IP address, and platform usage statistics via security logs and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

To configure and maintain your connection to Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API.
To provide your dashboard with real-time analytics, templates, broadcasts, and live chat features.

3. Data Sharing & Platform Disclosures

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and API configurations for as long as your account remains active. Users can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated communication logs at any time.
